Orrin Brown a 16 years old kid died
injuries in a crash , because he led the police on a 10 mile chase that ended
in his death .
1 . because of a possible problem
from the manufacture of the van the mother blame them
2 . because police had a reason to
stop him because he wasn’t driving in a straight lane .
3 . because it was the mothers
mistake to give her son a car and he is a new driver and it was too late
